Meet our founder, Kat Hourani
After getting her Bachelor’s degree in education, Kat switched her focus to science and enrolled in nursing school. During the pandemic, she answered her call of purpose and traded in her stethoscope for a mop! Her hard work led to a strong client list, and the motivation to build and lead her team.
Kat is also a big advocate for women’s empowerment and helping underprivileged children. She is currently working on helping to fund an after school program for children of low-income, single-parent families.

A dedicated, hard working, young mother of 5, Bianca helps keep Kat’s Cleaning teams energized and on point! Despite her busy lifestyle, she still finds time for her favorite hobbies: reading and baking. You’ll love her cute Southern accent, too!

A hard working young lady who brings so much laughter to our company. Mila is also a professional baseball player in Venezuela. Her athletic ability helps her serve our clients with high-energy cleanings.

Angel blesses our team with her organization skills! She’s been with Kat’s almost since the beginning. She is also a wife and mother of 3 kids (and 5 grandbabies!). A big animal lover, she enjoys riding horses in her free time, if she isn’t spending quality time with her family.
